The Opportunity: Building and activating Fattey Beer’s loyal community by fostering ongoing awareness and connection to boost reoccurring revenue, increase frequency of visits and increase average ticket.

The Solution: Leveraging high brand affinity and the power of a large email list with a consistent content calendar designed to foster traffic and conversion by keeping Fattey Beer a top-of-mind destination. 

 

Results: Launched a weekly email newsletter that highlights new beer drops, loyalty club exclusives, events and other experiential offerings. Open rates average  40+%.

Our Partnership: Deep dive into needs followed by ongoing execution of the email newsletter as a path to further leveraging customer loyalty.

The Partner: Buffalo Niagara Partnership, a regional chamber of commerce that facilitates dialogue and solutions around key topics for its members.

 

The Opportunity: Growing membership by removing financial barriers that prevent small businesses from getting the business community support they need.

The Solution: A new membership level that provides connections and support to fuel small businesses and restaurants.

 

Results: BNP Pro Free, a complimentary membership exclusively for locally owned businesses with five employees or less, as well as restaurants of all sizes, that grants access to the wealth of resources, networking and support offered by the BNP.
